Integrated mobile broadband use in Europe

I will order a new T410 in US with Integrated mobile broadband Gobi 2000.
Should I choose:
1.Open SIM Card for Verizon: USA
2. SIM Card for AT&T: USA
I want to use it it a European provider here in europe.
I wont be using any US provider.

Thinkpad T410
i5-540M, 4GB RAM, 320GB HD, 14.1in 1440x900, Intel HD Graphics, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11agn, Bluetooth, UltraNav, Fingerprint Win7 Pro 32
