Can T41P ATi 128MB mobo 93P3313 be used for T41P TYPE 2374?

Greetings:

All of sudden, my Thinkpad T41P type 2374 turns on with a blank screen. There is no beep. The lightning or the Z like and battery status indicator are on. I try to swap the Ram, the screen turn on for a couple of second then when blank again. I try to re-swap the Ram to no avail. I also hook up to an external monitor and still no luck. I can hear the hard disk, the fan and DVD spinning. Do you think this is a motherboard problem? If so, is this $110 (including S/H) mobo "IBM Thinkpad T41P ATi 128MB Motherboard 93P3313 Tested" from Ebay any good?

Any help to solve this problem is greatly appreciated.
