known imperfections:

- Normal overall wear/keyboard shine
- Three pixel-size gray specs visible only on extremely light backgrounds, can't get them to show in the pictures, the LCD is otherwise very clean

The warranty on this machine has expired, but it's been fully tested for all the usual problems (GPU/Sothbridge/USB/charging) and passed with flying colours. BTW, the motherboard is a late-model "red dot" one, and should last for quite a while if handled properly. I'll guarantee this fine ThinkPad against DOA and to be as described.

This T42 runs quiet and cool, and is a joy to use. No disappointments if you're after a machine of this generation.

I've got most parts imaginable (multiburner, 9c battery, RAM...) to upgrade this unit to almost any specs imaginable. All you have to do is ask nicely and pay promptly.
