What version of HMD for X61s ?

I have X61s that doesnt have model number because of mobo replacement.
Do anyone know which HMD version that works on X61s EEPROM ?

I've tried 1.75 and 1.76 without success on my X61s, but worked on X60s.

Any help will be appreciated

Says in the parts manual "ThinkPad Hardware Maintenance Diskette version 1.73 or later"
