R40 Easyserv delays lousy service - Need part

Easyserv has been waiting 2 weeks for the FAN part to repair an R40 (2691C8U). Even after two weeks - they will not comit to a repar deadline.

I wonder if anyone can suggest an authorized repair center that may have the part so I can have the unit sent there instead of Easyserv.
I know the part needed is number: 46P3099

I am afraid this is the new Lenovo way of doing things. In the past I would not even look at other brands - Sad...

Any ideas?
