WTB: X61 or X61s

Looking for a good condition X61 or X61s, ideally with a X6 ultrabase included (with or without a DVD drive) and hopefully with at least 2 GB RAM. Need higher capacity and good condition battery as I'm mostly going to use it unplugged. Don't mind a bit of keyboard shine or cover scratches but would prefer to not buy a road-weary machine. Would accept one w/o a hard drive provided the price reflected that.
