Windows Embedded on a 240

Has anyone attempted to run Windows Embedded (XPe or 7) on a 240?

I'd like to use a 240 on a radio system monitoring application (Trunk88.) It's a program that requires very little CPU (~19% CPU on WinXP SP3 on the 240) so it's a perfect little machine for it. In an attempt to make the system silent I want to use a CF card in place of the HD.
