Need IBM Logo Badge for the T42 LCD cover

Need the IBM Logo Badge for a T42 LCD cover. The badge seems to be 24mm x 17mm.
Can anyone suggest where I can obtain one. Went the ebay route twice, and each time they sent the wrong size.

Are the badges the same size on 14" and 15" lids? I have a 15".
