Audio Drivers R52

I can`t get any sound. out of this R52. I installed a new 160 GB hard drive, windows XP and I can`t get any sound. sounds and devices says "legacy audio drivers" I went to the lenovo site. searched and downloaded the audio driver for this model. still noting, tried the sound max nothing. what do I do ???

Downloading driver is half the way - you have to then 'install' the driver - read instructions on lenovo site or google it. hope this helps. been there.

I finally got the right driver installed. had to manually install the driver. by going to the "run" program, pasting in the file name and running the program. so I had the right driver downloaded and installed from the Lenovo site, but still nothing, until I installed it manually.
