Access Connection losing profiles

Hi !

I have a problem on 2 X200s with 3G module and ThinkVantage Access Connection. On both laptops, the location profiles that are created or modified strangely disappear after reboot. It's really annoying since I have to customize connection parameters to reach 3G provider's network.

Any help would be warmly welcome ...

Hard to say (because such a thing has not happened to me in years across a number of machines and operating systems (XP, Vista and Seven).

The only thing I can suggest is the following:
1. Delete any and ALL existing profiles in AC
2. Look up Windows Wireless and delete any an ALL profiles there.
3. Uninstall Access Connections (Have the current or new version on hand first)
4. Restart
5. Uninstall the wireless NIC (have the driver on hand first)
6. Restart
7. Install the wireless NIC
8. Install Access Connections
9. Make one profile to get connected and test.

See if that works. ... JDH
