Pll of W510

Has anybody got the Pll number of the W510? I am trying to overclock it by at least 33% and one of the requirements of doing so is finding the Pll. Of course I will also need to provide substantial cooling and bypass the max 45 watt TDP of the chip, as this hinders Oc'ing it's 8 threads any further than 1.85Ghz. I need this laptop to have all 8 threads running at at least 2.35Ghz. The default speed is 1.73Ghz. I expect TDP will have to be increased to about 55 watts. Does anybody know how to bypass the 45 watt max TDP set by Intel?
