IBM Active Protection System on R40

#1 Post by hunterman223 » Sat Jun 26, 2010 7:54 pm

Hi,
Just wondering if the R40 has APS? I am trying to install thinkvantage active protection in order to use a program called laptop theft prevention. That program says I have to have thinkvantage aps installed, and thinkvantage aps says that my system is incompatible. Is there a bios setting to enable it? Lavalys Everest lists the temperatures for "APS" under sensors. Thanks.
