Ultrabase upgrades?

I just bought my x201t... shipped out on Friday, hopefully getting here this week. I didn't get the ultrabase, but I'm rethinking my decision now. Really, there were two factors that influenced my decision... lack of a blu-ray drive, and lack of HDMI out. Would it be possible to upgrade the DVD drive to blu-ray? Also, is there a converter I could buy for HDMI out from one of the outputs the dock DOES have? Thanks.

You can upgrade to a blu-ray drive. There's a few available on eBay here and here. You'll need a displayport to HDMI cable. I'd assume they're sold on ebay and the internet. I don't know how well they work as I don't have the dock.
