RBS translate this please

#1 Post by jronald » Wed Jun 30, 2010 8:44 pm

It is off a grave marker. It is written in English but Im sure some of the letters are wrong. Im guessing at the letter parsing also.

suaimhneas siorai go raibh a anam gach uaisle

Odd that Google says it is right.

Thanks
Ron

Google Translate says it is Irish ? --

Translation: "eternal peace of his soul was all fine"

Probably a loose translation...

Sounds so clinical. When I go, I have to outdo it. I want my gravestone to say, "Eternal peace of his soul was found compliant with the standards established by commission report A492-6(b)."
