Turbo memory not working

It isn't a big deal, but the turbo memory doesn't work on my W500, running 32-bit win7 ultimate. I start the turbo memory console, and readyboost is shown as disabled. (ready drive is grayed out) I try to enable ready boost. The change takes and says I need to restart. I restart and nothing has changed.

Try the uninstall procedure at that link, then reinstall it.
