Hi, I'm planning to install T61 motherboard in my T60p. My biggest concern is lcd screen, can I just swap motherboard and all necessary parts into my T60p case or do I have to modify something in the lcd/cable/inverter?
I guess I should mention that I have another complete T61 system.
thanks,

Re: T60p with T61 mobo
I held in my hands recently a system upgraded in a similar way you want to do. It had a system board from T61 model.
However I am not sure if they changed any connectors.
Probably you don't need to change your existing T60 inverter because you are going to use the same T60 screen.
