question about shipping

I ordered a x201 and it was shipped this past sunday. I live in california. currently it is in ontario, california and it never went to Kentucky like everybody else's laptop. is that normal? also my tracking status hasn't updated in 2 days. It has been at "important scan" in ontario for 2 days now. i know that it might be because of customs but i thought they would put that in the tracking to update. for people who live in california, how long after shipping did it arrive in your hands. I am a bit afraid that the package might be lost lol. i'm a bit paranoid.
