Internal wireless card on IBM ThinkPad T40

Dose the IBM ThinkPad T40 have an internal wireless card? Because there is a little light, that shows a, it looks like a wireless tower thing. If there is a wireless card built in, how do I use it?

You need to figure out which wireless card you have in it. Plug the machine type and serial into the warranty check page and on the following page select show installed parts. Post that list here.

Some T40s came with wireless cards installed, some didn't ("wireless upgradeable"). If the little "wireless tower" light flashes green then you have a card installed. Look in Device Manager under Network Adapters - it may show you which one is installed (sometimes you need the correct driver to be able to see this information). Your computer type (eg 2373-72U) may also tell you, unless the card was been added after-the-fact.
