As long as Levono continues with IBM quality, yes definitely.

Most likely, I always like to have one ThinkPad and one PowerBook, usually alternating on which one is modern. My PowerBook is brand new, so my ThinkPad T22 will likely have to serve another few years before replacement, unless I find some extra money and a great deal at the same time.

I am definitely planing to get another ThinkPad in the future. My R51 is my first Thinkpad and laptop and when I get another ThinkPad, I am definitely not going to give it away or any other of my future ThinkPad's.(I never give away any of my PC's).
ThinkPads: R51 (1836HAU), T41 (23737FU), 600 (264551U), T60 (2008VRQ), T500 (224255U)

I Love (all) ThinkPads...ThinkPad forever!

I am not sure...

5 years ago I bought an expensive T-Series notebook for work, promised myself I would replace it only when it breaks down after a few years. Use it every day, and it does everything I need with ease.
It got only some minor upgrades (CPU, HDD).

Right now, it humms along without problems, even still looks like new.
I am looking forward to buy a new one, but that [censored] thing refuses to give me any reason to upgrade.

I couldn't agree more. If I dropped dead tomorrow I'd want to be buried with my T30, but I also would love an X40...
