Screen latch/clasp is broken - driving me nuts!

My lovely X41T's screen latch/clasp thing is broken, it will not properly secure the screen to the main chassis when it is down or in tablet mode. It just clips into place in the lower housing and remains there letting the screen still move

Now this isn't exactly critical as the weight of the screen is enough to keep it closed when you do put the screen down flat, and it is still usable in tablet mode just fine. It really grinds my gears though!

Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?
