Do either of these x200t models have a multi-touch screen?

Got an email about a couple x200 tablet models at a discount - trying to figure out if either has a touchscreen in addition to the digitizer. Not finding much on the Lenovo site.

For the 7448 machine, a multitouch panel would be FRU# 13N7270 or 13N7271. It's parts list at the warranty page lists 13N7269 installed. That is just a regular non-touch LCD w/ Digitizer. If you can get the serial # for the 74509RU machine, I can tell you if that has it as well.
