any ideas what this error numbers means?

I have an old 600 Thinkpad that I left at a relatives house.I dont think she has messed about with it all but she put it away.It worked fine before I left.Now when I try to boot up I get these error numbers displayed:

00161
08611
00192
00163

Like I said,it worked fine about a year and a half ago when I last saw it.Its just been sat in a drawer apparently.When I try the test it says the systemboard has these errors:

DEV 086
ERR 22
FRU 0010

Any ideas?Can it be fixed at a pc repair shop you think?I was quite fond of it even though its old,it seemed quite robust.I hope my relative wasnt messing about with it and hasnt owned up to it!!
