A Frozen R60

#1 Post by Santo Guerro » Thu Aug 05, 2010 2:33 pm

Greetings everyone,

Okay: I've got an R60 and recently it's been freezing when I use the touchpad. So far, an old fashioned Logitech USB mouse has enabled me to circumvent the issue . . . but: is there a way to restore full functionality to my machine?

Any help will be immensely appreciated.

Thanks!

Boot up a Linux Live CD (like Linux Mint) and see if it freezes in Linux too. It it does, it's a hardware problem. If it doesn't, it's a driver problem in Windows.
