X32 w/ IPS worth?

I have a second X32 and modified it with an XGA IPS display - I already did that previously with my main X32, and wanted a 2nd as a backup. Long story short, I don't really NEED a backup machine.

Anyone have a recommendation of what an X32 is worth with:
1.86 GHz, 2 GB ram, 160 GB HD,
Green battery, XP Pro (Win7 on another partition, but eval license),
IPS display (X41 Tablet), no dead pixels, clean keyboard, case parts in good condition.

I'll post photos and all that when I put it up for real, etc..

I don't believe I've ever run across this particular LCD upgrade for an X32 before. Was it a straight swap using the existing X32 LCD cable and inverter? What was the FRU# of the X41 LCD used? I'd guess $250 would be a good price if it was in good condition.

It was not terribly hard, as long as you're slow & careful. It's not a direct swap, like the X200 panel seems to be (mounting holes match, etc). You take the panel, dremel off some studs, route the cables, place the antennas, adhere the panel (no side screws possible), and most importantly grind the key off the ribbon cable & flip (no extension necessary) & adhere with strong tape. My eyes have thanked me.

It's like having an iPad & swapping the touchscreen for a nice keyboard.

The panel is a HT12X21-351. A bit warmer than the blueish cast of the regular panel - search the forum, I posted photos of before and after of my first conversion. I thought about doing the SXGA+ panel from the X61T (HV121P01-100), but the cost wasn't worth it for me.

Here's like link to the photos/video - I had another X31 at the time I used to compare it to. The contrast improvement is dramatic.

Awesome...I did the AFFS mod to my X200 and the results are similar (except it's widescreen and 1280x800)
