W5XX - NON lenovo Wifi Cards ??

Anyone have success on Non Lenovo Wifi cards on W series laptops....

I don't know of anyone successfully doing it to a newer lenovo, but in the past people have hacked their bios or run no_1802. Both of which are dangerous to do unless you know what you're doing as you can brick your motherboard. No other solution unless the device registers as one of Lenovo's oem cards.
