What to look for when I open my new T410s?

Anyone have advice on what I should expect/check/look out for when I open my soon to arrive T410s from Lenovo's site?

Only my second TP, bought because my little R50e is still running (kinda) after 5 rough years in Africa (an entire story for another post maybe). Also am addicted to the little stick (maybe because in a former life I was a drummer).

I wish I had found this forum before I placed my order. My specs might be better and cheaper:
