t42 user's guide?

Can anybody tell me where I can get the e-version of t42 user's guide 'cause I lost mine
Have also some difficulties when connecting my t42 to the TV to watch movies or sho pictures through the S-Video cable. Any step-by-step guide how to do it properly? Every time I connect TP to the TV I do it at random.
