Can one upgrade the video card from ATI 7500 to ATI 9600?

I was planning to order a custom built T42. I tend to prefer the 14.1" screen; however I can't build that unit with the ATI 64mb Mobility Radeon 9600. The only option for a CTO 14.1" laptop is the ATI Mobility Radeon 7500. Does anyone have any experience in swapping video cards as well as a source to acquire one at a reasonable price?

cannot be done..... they are "welded" in......
