Welcome to the Forum.
Take the CMOS battery out and replace it with a new one (a standard CR2032 could also work, if you remove the contact-strips from the old battery, and use electrician's tape on the new one. Check the proper polarity!).
Leave that battery out for at least 15-20 minutes before you put it back in.
If you manage to get back into the BIOS settings, press F9 to load default values, then pres F10 and confirm "YES" to save.
