I have replaced the standar HDD with a corsair F120 SSD in my new x201s.
But every time I boot-up (just on coold-boot / power up) I get this annoying error.
I haven't tried running the harddrive in SATA in compatibility mode instead of AHCI because I then have to reinstall everything and I will also lose the SSD write speed.
The computer boots into windows if I restart it after the error with ctrl+alt+delete. I Haven't had any issues in windows at all. I really dont know what to do or start.
Everything in my computer is up to date (I think), and there is no new firmware for the disk.
Does anyone got any tips?

Following the information about the error code, try removing the SSD and putting it back in. If that doesn't work put your old hard drive back in and see if that works. If it does, RMA the SSD. If it doesn't, you're probably looking at a service request on your Thinkpad.sinnes wrote:I have replaced the standar HDD with a corsair F120 SSD in my new x201s.

Re: x201s SSD gives HDD0 2100 Initialization error on cold-boot
Seems like there might be some sort of SSD compatibility issue across a couple Thinkpad models:
