How to uninstall Mozilla Sunbird? not in add/remove programs

I downloaded and installed Mozilla Sunbird then decided I didn't want it. I looked in Add/Remove programs and it's not there! Nor is there an uninstall option in the Start menu's All Programs field. How do I get rid of it? TIA.

UPDATE

I found some uninstall helper for Sunbird hidden in some folder by right clicking on the shortcut and going to properties. Anyway, I think I successfully uninstalled it.
