Thinkpad X41 Tablet Battery Replacement

So I am currently looking for a battery replacement for my X41 Tablet, however I have a few caveats because I have an X4 dock.
I recently purchased an AGPTEK replacement battery, but unfortunately it stuck out further then the OEM battery by about half an inch, which prevents me from fitting it onto the dock.

Does anyone know of any replacement 8-cell batteries that can fit on the dock and preferably have the rubber grips the OEM battery has?

I have the same problem.

I ordered the cheapest copy from eBay back in May and upon first install it broke - the battery voltage pins fell inside the battery compartment. What a crappy and flimsy design. Sent it back straight away and asked for a refund instead of replacement. Haven't had the courage to play lotto since then as sending back to China costs half of the original price.

But what little research I've done, this... guy sells a lot of "genuine batteries":

I may have to take the hit and order a replacement one from Lenovo.

The condition of the HDD with 25 reallocated sectors (none bad) is worrisome. I'll have to keep tabs.

Judging by the posts related to finding an OEM battery (http://www.google.com/search?q=site:thi ... nt+battery), there isn't any simple answer.
