My T42 screen won't turn off

Hi,

I usually keep my laptop on at night, but I usually turn off the screen (Fn + F3). Recently, when I try to turn off the screen, it stays off for a little bit, but it comes back on. I usually fall asleep before it comes back on, but I need to go back and turn it off again every few hours. I had disabled screen savers and stuff, as I do a lot of video watching, but this has never been a problem before. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

You've got something running in the background that "wakes" the display.

Just close it!
