T61 TPFanControl GPU 75/ 76 Degrees C. Hot! How to check OK?

My T61 always runs kinda hot on its LEFT UNDER SIDE. Coming from an Dell 9300 17" monster, I figured it was the norm.

Is there something wrong? It seems as if there is no AIR blowing out of the vents / fan areas near the BACK & LEFT CORNER.

How do I know these cooling things are working A-ok?

Not running much except a few tabs of Chrome with the forums open.

I am concerned that these ISSUE has been there from the start burning my thighs.. but I never bothered.
Whats the way to check the air flow / the fans / heat sinks are working as per factory spec or close to that?

Dust clogging the exhausts is the culprit of your problem.
You need to get a can of compressed air, remove the keyboard, put a pencil on one of the blade's fan and blow from the inside out air. After a while dust settles in the blades, inside the heatpipes and heat dissipation is compromised, as a matter of fact, my T61 needs cleaning also, fan is running all the time (although the CPU is undervolted).
