Hi,
does anyone know what chipset are the Broadcom ethernet cards that come with T60p/Z61p laptops? Everest isn´t specific about these chipsets either. I would like to find out if these cards are known or tend to cause problems in high-speed networks (~10 MB/s download/upload), so, if anyone has any experience in that regard, I´d be very thankful to hear it.
Thanks,
Marin

You should be able to find the device ID in Device Manager and compare it to this list -

Great idea, thanks! It turned out, the chipset is what Everest also reports as the part number (for those who might wonder). The chipset is BCM95752M (NetXtreme Desktop/mobile) according to the table Harry provided above.
As a side note: does anyone know some "hacks"/"tricks" how to improve the performance of the NIC when sending data?
