FS: ThinkPad 600/600E/(600x?) parts, most FREE, all cheap

As part of my 600X refit/refurb, I've gotten a bunch of spare 600-series parts. I have no use for them, so I'm offering them here in case anyone else needs them.

I think they're all compatible with the 600X, but I'm not 100% sure. I know they're compatible with the 600, since that's what most of them were pulled from.

Most of them are free, so you pay only shipping (continental US only).

Keyboard- FRU 02K4785 - FREE

Palmrest/base chassis top - FRU not listed (the only identifying number I could see looks like '05K7045', but it's hard to read) - $1.00 - comes with brackets needed to secure keyboard

Screen hinges - FRU uknown - FREE

24x CD-ROM drive - FRU 05K9124 - $2.50 - untested, but supposedly working (purchased as used, but functional)

XGA (1024x768) LG LCD (model LP133X3) - FRU 05K9367 - $10.50 - tested as working, quick exam showed no notable defects (but consider it "as-is", since I didn't do a full check)

32MB RAM - FRU 42H2819 - FREE - untested

64MB RAM - FRU 20L0242 - FREE - untested, has IBM branding on both sides

Memory door - no FRU - FREE - label has minor wear, otherwise like-new

Top piece of lid - no FRU, stamped P/N 27L6577 - FREE - minor scuffs, wear on corners, color worn from edges of logo

13.3 Inverter - FRU 10L1350 - FREE - I believe this to be working, but I only tested it for a few seconds
