TrackPoint middle button scroll on IE9 beta not working.

I'm using the new IE9 beta, and I'm very impressed with it. The only problem is that the TrackPoint's middle button scrolling function is not working with it.

Has anybody managed to get it working with some tp4table.dat editing? I've enabled some programs in the past, like RDP, years ago, but cannot figure out how to do it with IE9.

It's going to be several months before IE9 gets released and Lenovo adds scrolling support, so can anybody here manage it?

Hmmn, I have just noticed that the scrolling in IE9 works fine in another domain account. This is annoying, as it is not going to be easy to find out what is causing this.

Oh well, the price of using using betas... but it is the only problem that I have found so far. I recommend this browser.

Since on Domain Accounts it's probably a group policy issue.

i just installed it. i like it. center button scrolling works. x32, 7 ultimate 32 bit.

This is embarrassing, but the 'problem' was due to me setting the TrackPoint scrolling setting to Auto-Select
