WTB: 600X (or perhaps 600E) subcard

I am considering salvaging from death a 600X, with at least a broken subcard, and perhaps a 600E, with a broken subcard and other issues. The broken subcards may be only the tip of the iceburg, I am looking for something on the cheap.

Shipping would be to Canada by post.
