T61 /14.1 Weird wireless issue

T61 C2D 14.1, Intel 4965 AGN, Windows XP SP2 / SP3; factory restore / dvd restore.

Wireless will not connect on boot up, I have to do the "repair" Had 3 wireless cards sent from lenovo and none of them worked properly. I had tried Windows 7 also and it fails to connect on boot up. Its just slightly annoying... anything I can try or suggestions ?

See#2 under 'Important Information" and download the driver from that link and install it. Deinstall the previous driver first. Also pay attention to the prerequisite requirements on the same page.

Wasn't driver... the new wifi card replacement i got today fully solved the problem. Reboot 10 times to test.. have not stop working yet. Weird that 3 replacement card had the same exact problem. Ill try this again tomorrow.
