Defective recovery disc #6 for T42

I have a T42 2378-DUU that I am selling, and due to that I decided to recover the hard drive to new status with the recovery CDs that I ordered from IBM in 2004. My problem is that Product Recovery Disc # 6 is defective. (Never had any reason to use the discs until now.)

The disc is virtually transparent, vs. the normal "silver mirror" look of the other discs. When I run the recovery it fails every time.
I can copy most of the disc, except for one file that is approx 300MB IIRC. (I'm at work now, so I do not have the file name with me)

When you go to the Lenovo support, of course the recovery CDs are not available for download. I know that I can call on Monday with my serial # (which I don't have handy) and order a new set of discs, but the buyer of the machine would like to pick it up on Monday.

Does anyone know where I could download a copy of product recovery disc 6 for a T42?
(All of the other discs are OK)

I am already in the middle of the process, so I cannot burn a new set from the machine.

The file that has the problem is ZRRE033A.IMZ
I get an error RECOV32 ! Error copying file D:\recovery\ZRRE033A.IMZ. Error 87:The parameter is incorrect.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this?

My disc set is the original XP (not SP2) I think. March2004 P/N 24R4976 FRU P/N 24R4832
