Normal signs of aging such as wear/scratches on the lid and "standard equipment" crack on the LH side of the palmrest under the keyboard are the only issues with this classic ThinkPad. Throw in the missing parts and enjoy the machine - one that won't be a thief magnet like an AirMac but won't leave you stranded either.
