Can I swap 512GB SSD between two laptops

I sold my W510 4319-2RU and removed my 512GB SSD a few weeks ago. I got a new W510 4319-2RU arriving on Tuesday. Can I just slip this same 512G SSD in the new W510 and be good to go?

They are the exact same model would they not have the same parts and drivers?

Yes, install the SSD and you're good to go. Out of curiosity, why did you do this transaction?

Main complaint is the screen! Too much scrolling around required with the lower resolution and smaller screen on the T410.

The T410 scrolling feature does not seem to work as well as my W510 did.

Basically it is my fault as I leaped before looking! I ordered this T410 directly from Lenovo full loaded.

It will be on on eBay next week.
