I have for sale the following items coming from my T42 after upgrading it. All of them were fulling working and originally IBM.

Processor: Intel SL7EP Pentium M 1,7GHz 400 FSB 2M Price: 15USD
Memory: FRU 31P9833 PC2700 DDR 333 CL 2.5 512Mb
branded MT16VDDF6464HG - 2 sticks Price: 18USD each module

If anyone wants to buy the full set , the price for all of them would be 65USD

Everything is that price + shipment cost.

Shipment cost depends of which country has to be sent. All the items are in Spain, city of Madrid. If you are interested, please, let me know and I will ask for the shipment cost.

In case of international shipment, all the possibly applicable taxes will be payed by the buyer. My sending will say lowest possible price and "gift".
