IBM Token-Ring Auto 16/4 Credit Card

I got the LAN cable for my card today and plug it in and no internet running through. Its pluged into my IBM 8271 LAN box and the internet is working fine with my desktop. The IBM card icon under Network connections say Local Area Connection 3 Disabled. I click enable and get this error: "It is not possible to connect at this time. No network was detected. You may need to plug in your network cable to complete the connection"

Im using it on my 240 and i1200 with the same error. Both Running Windows XP Pro. And both auto installed the card, or is there a certin driver for it other than Windows self install?

Tokenring cards do not work on ethernet switches.
