I have an Ultrabay2000 2nd IDE hard disk adapter for sale. It's a genuine IBM FRU # 08K6067. Excellent condition.

Edit: Now willing to trade for as many T4X hard drive caddies as you think is fair.

I don't think this will work on the newer t400/t410?

It will not. It will work on older Thinkpad models only. The last Thinkpad to have an Ultrabay 2000 was an A31, if I recall correctly.
