Welcome to the Thinkpads.com Forum! I expect that you already got the BIOS you were looking for, but in case anyone else comes across this thread looking for a modified BIOS for the X6x series...

Requests for the Zender BIOS for the X6x Series and information on current status should be posted over in the Zender BIOS thread in the T6x Series forum:
ThinkPad BIOS whitelist (error 1802/1804) *READ 1st MSG*

The Zender BIOS is a modified BIOS that allows you to install a mini-PCI adapter that is not on the official Lenovo whitelist without getting error 1802 or 1804 when you boot up.
