Dead Pixels and the warranty

My IBM was shipped on the 17th of feb. and I have found two dead pixels so far. Can I return it and get a new one? I have reinstalled the operating system and wiped the hidden partition. How do I go about with the returns process? IBM's website is a bit hard to find information on[/b]

If you bought directly from IBM you have 30 days from the date of the invoice to return the unit. Call up the sales site. 888-SHOP-IBM.

I did buy direct from them but today is the 30th day and I called and they are not open till tomorrow which will be day 31. Invoice date is 17th feb

Feb has only 28 days, so if your invoice date was Feb 17, then I think March 18 will be 30 days so you still have time.
