LF "Barebones" A31 and/or desktop IDE HDD >80Gb

I'm looking for a nice functioning A31. I don't need any drives, ram, battery, MPCI or CDC cards. Actually, I can even deal with a broken display (or even the display assembly) as long as the graphic onboard is OK. I have a friend with one that the GPU is acting up and just looking to replace the unit itself as cheaply as possible.

I open to trades if someone is looking for 2.5" IDE drives (various sizes), RAM (SO-DIMMs, but mostly 256Mb DDR, or 512Mb DDR2), and all manner of weird and wonderful stuff related to ThinkPads such as docks, dual battery charger, T4x parts, UB2K HDD adapter, UBS/UB2K batteries, etc.
