t60 goes into hibernation no warning

#1 Post by jack1943 » Fri Nov 05, 2010 6:42 am

I have a strange problem on my T60. At about 80% battery (on Battery) the computer with no warning goes into hibernation.. After pushing the power button it starts and continues with no problem until the battery gets to the normal low, warns me ant then hibernates. I have had 2 batteries and 2 operating systems (xp and win7) . does anyone have a solution tks.

My only thought is that it's possible to configure your T60 to do all those things. Maybe it's so configured. Go into your power options and see. Set things up in there to do what you want, and hopefully the new settings it will do as you desire.
