Quirk in order process for NVIDIA on T510?

I ordered a T510 11/2 and it shipped today, 11/7. However, I noticed on the order it does not seem to list the NVIDIA 3100, or any graphics:

I wrote a note to Lenovo but while I wait, can someone who recently received a T510 with NVIDIA GPU check to see if their order sheet looks like mine? I am hopeful that it is just a fluke in the ordering system because I did a few trials and when I select the Intel integrated GPU it makes an entry for that, but none if I select the NVIDIA.

I ordered my T510 on 11/03/2010 and noticed the same thing. I did a customer support chat with a Lenovo rep and she confirmed that I had indeed ordered the NVIDIA NVS 3100M OPTIMUS graphics card.

Another question: Does the NVIDIA graphics card also include the Always On USB that is offered with the Intel integrated graphics?

Hey volley,

That's great. There is a guy over at the Lenovo forums who said he observed the same thing. Now the real excitement will come when we determine if the NVIDIA GPU is really in the unit since no one has actually verified that. I'll post here when the T510 actually arrives.

Anyone actually verify that they got the 3100 as ordered in a T510?

Oh, don't know about the USB thing but I also noticed that it is listed when you specify the Intel graphics. Don't understand what one has to do with the other.

Probably not too much. But I wanted a of of the line machine so I got the discrete graphics in the case that I do play any games.
